How To Find Us?
Location: 153 Bank Street, New London, CT 06320
We’re located in the heart of downtown New London, next to Noodles & Rice Bistro.
There is free off-street parking available, along with plenty of parking in the municipal lot directly behind our building.
Cancellation Policy?
Need to cancel? No problem!
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a credit for a future visit.
We do not offer refunds.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
To cancel, call us at 860-823-8143 or send a message through our Contact Page.
Crisp Serenity reserves the right to cancel events at any time. If this happens, you’ll be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
Running Late?
You're still welcome to join us, but please note that sessions begin on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened or incomplete experience.
We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals.
No-Show Policy?
If you miss your scheduled session without notice, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit.
Walk-Ins Welcome
Yes! We happily welcome walk-ins during public sessions — unless a private event is in progress.
Booking ahead is recommended for the best experience.

Age Requirement:
Workshops are designed for ages 8 and up.
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I Bring Food or Drinks?
Yes! Feel free to bring your own snacks, cupcakes, or charcuterie.
We’re BYOB, so you're welcome to bring wine, champagne, or your favorite drinks. (We have cups and bottle openers available.)
Do You Sell Food?
We do not sell food at this time. But there are lots of great local restaurants within walking distance—including Noodles & Rice Bistro right next door!
Gift Cards

Can I use a gift card in-store?
Our gift cards are valid for online bookings and purchases only. -
Lost your gift card code?
Gift Card codes are emailed to the recipient and cannot be replaced. We do not have access to them once issued. -
Can I get a refund or exchange on a gift card?
Gift Cards are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. -
Do Gift Cards expire?
Never. Your gift card has no expiration date.
